Deb O’Connor is a small business strategist helping business owners transform their business. She approaches projects with strategy in mind, considering mission and goals, philosophy, target market, point of difference, and promotional message for every business decision.
Deb’s role with The Mittelstaedt Team revolves around content marketing and includes social media, newsletters, digital marketing, and print marketing efforts. Deb works closely with the team to apply the team’s strategic goals to the content developed. Her goal is to be sure that clients and potential clients understand how The Mittelstaedt Team’s unique approach can help them be more successful buyers and sellers than they would be with other real estate firms.
Deb believes that a strategic approach to business and marketing creates success because it provides a focused effort, making decision-making and communications flow naturally and easily.
Deb has a Bachelor’s degree in literature from The American University in Washington, DC and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in entrepreneurship from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. During her free time, Deb enjoys hanging out with her 4 children and spending time at her parents’ lake house in the Ozarks.
